The Scholastician platform promotes communities of students alike to share and learn from each other. As a tutor, you get an opportunity to share a hand in the community and have the ability to get volunteer hours.

How To Register
  1. 1. Go to the tutors tab on our website and press the register button
  2. 2. Fill out the following “Tutor Registration” form by providing your name, email address, phone number, grade level, and SAT and/or ACT scores
  3. 3. Lastly, submit by pressing the “Register button” at the bottom
How to Login
  • 1. Go to the tutors tab on our and press the login button
  • 2. Enter your username and password information. If you forgot your password, you can email to request your password.

  • You will receive an email with you and your students' email addresses. This way you can communicate independently for your tutoring session. Please let us know if you had any issues with your session or need to report the student for any issues.

What if I want to cancel my request for a session?

Please email your issue to us and we will get back to you!

What if I have to leave in the middle of my session?

Don't worry! You are not obliged to remain in the session if you have to leave.

Not satisfied with your session?

Let us know. Report the student on our website and send the details of your concern. We greatly appreciate your feedback!

What if I can't find a match?

If you do not get matched within one day of submitting your request, please submit another request. If you have any questions, please email us.

Matched with someone you don’t want?

Resubmit our form. We can pair you with a different student.

Do I need to use Zoom?

You can communicate with your student through many other video/ calling applications... even through texting! We only recommend Zoom for a ubiquitous means of communication, but everything is really up to you!

How do I receive volunteer hours for tutoring?

You can request volunteer hours by emailing or input as the email on Xello, if applicable.
