How To Register
  1. 1. Go to the students tab on our website and press the register button
  2. 2. Fill out the following “Student Registration” form by providing your name, email address, phone number, and grade level.
  3. 3. Lastly, submit by pressing the “Register button” at the bottom
How to Login
  • 1. Go to the students tab on our website and press the login button
  • 2. Enter your username and password information. If you forgot your password, you can email support@scholastician.com to request your password.

  • You will receive an email with your and your tutors’ email addresses once you have signed up. This way you can communicate independently for your tutoring session. Please let us know through our email if you had any issues with your session or need to report the tutor.

What if I want to cancel my request for a session?

Please email your issue to us and we will get back to you!

What if I have to leave in the middle of my session?

Don't worry! You are not obliged to remain in the session if you have to leave.

Not satisfied with your session?

Let us know. Report the tutor on our website and send the details of your concern. We greatly appreciate your feedback!

What if I can't find a match?

If you do not get matched within one day of submitting your request, please submit another request. If you have any questions, please email us.

Matched with someone you don’t want to be?

Resubmit our form. You may have other options for tutors.

Do I need to use Zoom?

You can communicate with your tutor through any video/calling applications, even through texting! We recommend Zoom for a ubiquitous means of communication, but it's really up to you!
